Double room with off-road parking/driveway

Lodger arrangement, Mon-Fri also considered for reduced rent.
Bills included, not suitable for a couple - single person only. Driveway parking space and loads of storage in room with large wardrobes and ottoman bed.
Not really suitable from full time working from home due to limited space for a desk, but may be ok for hybrid worker. Furniture in pics included, not able to remove bed or wardrobes, but can remove the shelves if you like. Bed is a 'small double' - about 6 inches narrower than standard double. The room is L shaped and the bed is cosy in the nook.
Shared kitchen and living room with subscription services and sky etc on tv. Shared bathroom, but has separate toilet and bath/shower. Garden with nice seating area, plenty of space if you're into plants. I'm quite a creative person and have a sewing/spare box room also and I'm into a bit of DIY. I also have 2 friendly, indoor cats. Dogs and small animals considered, unfortunately I'm not able to take any cats

Bus stop inc 24hr bus opposite, quick drive to m25 if drive for work, good location for travel to Croydon or Bromley by transport.
No smoking indoors tolerated but outside is fine.
