The room is a shared room apartment, I need a single female who's working full time and ready to clean up the bathroom and kitchen after using. Flatmate will a a shared cabinet to herself and will be given a space for storage in the fridge/freezer. Flatmate is not expected to bring in heater or fridge as all those will be provided for.
Unexpected guest/guests is not allowed and a flatmate is not expected to accommodate external guests.
