I have a lovely, warm and peaceful house, between Kingston and Wimbledon, in New Malden. I am a professional writer and photographer and have travelled all over the world. I am most interested in the arts including visual art, music, movies and literature. We have an energetic Golden Retriever dog who does not come into the bedrooms. And she is very friendly.
I have been hosting lodgers for over 16 years and enjoy meeting people of different nationalities.
The room available is a beautiful, double one overlooking the garden.
All bills + WIFI are included
The house is located in a quiet, safe street, (which has free parking), and is about a ten-minute bus ride to Kingston and 20 minutes to Wimbledon. (The bus-stop is 2 minutes from the house). New Malden has a railway station about 7 minutes walk from the house.
We are a non- smoking household. No couples please.
Available to view straight away. Social distancing will be observed to view the property.
The room is available for professionals or post-graduate students over 25. People on shifts having to get up early need not apply.
