We have 1 Double bedrooms now available (1 man,3 women occupy other three bedrooms) in a 5 bed house for immediate move in.

we have long term tenants in the house so looking for someone who wants to stay minimum of a year. Existing tenants are all 35 years or older

There is one main bathroom to be shared between 4 bedrooms (currently 3 people you would be 4th). There is an additional WC toilet on the ground floor.

This room is suitable for 1 person only

Cleaner weekly for common areas. If you require your room to be added this will incur additional cost.

We are a 5 minute walk to new malden (25 mins to waterloo) train station, major bus routes and new malden high street which features a large Waitrose and a Tescos and all the variety of shops on the high street.

All bills are included electric, gas, water, tv license, council tax & wifi.
