I have a beautiful room available to rent in a nice and quiet flat in Brae Court opposite Kingston Hospital, only 2 min walking distance away from Norbiton Station. The room is available as of 1st of November 2022 so I am looking for a tenant who can move in ASAP.

No couples.
Single professional only.
Strictly no smoking property.

Rent £850 (rent includes some utility bills *)
* Electricity is not included in the price (gas is). You will be asked to refund a share of electricity from monthly bill (actual monthly usage) which will be shared between 4.

Deposit £850 will be secured in DPS custodial scheme

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, in-built wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side chest, computer desk and a chair.

There are 2 communal bathrooms in the property- one of them has just a shower and WC , the other has bath, shower and a WC.

The kitchen has all cooking facilities including microwave, there is a washing machine and a separate dryer in the flat.

There is no living room in the apartment.
There is a communal garden at the back of the house.

There is very limited parking outside the block of flats, parking permits can be acquired if necessary.

We have a weekly cleaning lady looking after communal areas of the house (kitchen, bathrooms and a corridor), this is a complimentary service and free of charge for tenants.

Brae Court is located on Kingston Hill which is 2-3 min walking distance from Norbiton station. Local buses take a very short bus ride to Kingston station/town centre where there are plenty of stores and restaurants.
We wouldn't consider students, only working and non smoking professionals.
