Lovely 3 bed flat overlooking Richmond Park

Hello!

I am looking for two people to share a three bed flat with in Norbiton, South London, near Kingston. All three rooms are good sized, with double beds and there is a kitchen and living room with a small balcony overlooking beautiful Richmond park. The rent is £450/mth excluding bills, and council tax should be about £50/mth.

It's in a lovely area, with some nice pubs nearby and literally right next to Richmond Park and very near Wimbledon Common and lots of other leafy green areas. The flat is about a 10/15 min walk from Norbiton Station which is on the mainline straight into Waterloo. Buses stop very near to the house, the 85 to Kingston or Putney and the K3 to Rohamton, Surbiton, and Esher High Street. Also relatively near Wimbledon tube station, which is on the district line, although I'm not sure how long this would take on foot. The flat is also within walking distance from Kingston Hospital and a short bus ride from Rohampton University. Its an ex local authority flat but feels really safe and in a development with lots of private owners, families and renters.

I haven't actually moved in yet, which is why the flat looks a bit un- lived in but I'm looking to make it nice and cosy when I move in, and am happy for whoever shares with me to add their own things to the communal areas. I am fairly chilled out but generally appreciate the communal areas to be relatively tidy and clean. I work in arts education, and preferably looking for someone with similar interests like art, music, socialising etc. I work full time so looking for a young professional or mature student, who would be expected to chip in for the council tax with us. It would be nice to find people who have their own lives and interests but who would be happy sharing a glass of wine with dinner or going out for a drink sometimes as well. I'm not really into parties in the house, but like going out socialising with friends.

The flat is not huge, so I'm looking for one person in each room, so sorry but no couples or sharers.
