Regarding transportation, Wanborough Station is the nearest station, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the property, providing direct connections to Guildford and Reading. The house is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. Bills are including council tax, gas, electricity, water, and broadband.

The accommodation is occupied by live-in landlords: three full-time working professionals. We are seeking a single, tidy, and respectful lodger—ideally a working professional. Pets are not permitted.
