Furnished double room available to rent in a lovely quiet semi rural location close to Guildford (6 miles) and Woking (7 miles). Close to major roads including the A3/M3/M25 and the nearest train station is 10 mins drive with a 35 min commute into London.

Sharing with a 36 year old professional female and 2 very well behaved pussy cats. Very relaxed household. Looking for a tenant who is easy going but happy to help out around the house. Someone who doesn't mind cats and is partial to chewing the fat over the odd glass of wine occasionally. Non smoker is a must!

The room has a bed and a few other bits in it but happy for someone to add their own touches. Lots of outdoor storage space and off road parking. Also a great local Indian restaurant that delivers.

Would consider Mon-Fri tenants as well.
