Quiet room, private bathroom, off road parking

I am offering a choice of either a double or single spare room for a Monday to Friday person who has a home already. Sunday night start is possible too. This accomodation would suit someone who needs to be closer for their commute to work.
My home is in a safe neighbourhood in the village of Nutfield. I have had a tenant before and I enjoyed sharing my place. My family and friends visit mainly at the weekends so I like having the place back to myself then. During the evening my home is quiet and ideal for someone who wants to relax or work quietly.

My spare rooms are upstairs, and you will have a private bathroom. Both spare rooms over look a large garden with countryside views. I supply fresh bedding and clean the room when you leave at the weekend. You would have access to my kitchen and dining/sitting room in the evening, I provide all cooking equipment. I have a free off street parking space if you are coming by car.

My home is on a private development of 14 homes set back from the main road. It is very peaceful here and has a country feel to it. The area is great for walking and cycling routes. There are several golf courses, farm shops for ready made food nearby and lakes if you like sailing kayaking or canoeing. There is a choice of pubs nearby for good food and the local hotel 'The Priory' has an excellent Gym and pool. For banking, Large supermarkets and department stores head to Redhill which is 5 mins by car. Merstham is 10mins by car.

The village is on the A25 so you would have quick access to M25, M23, A22, A23, London, Croydon, Crawley, Epson, Gatwick and Kent. The nearest station is South Nutfield but Redhill has the best routes towards London, Surrey or Sussex. There is a bus stop very near to my home so check the timetables on the Transport for London website.

Reigate, Caterham and Godstone are 10 mins drive. Gatwick and Crawley are 20 mins drive.
