Situated inbetween Horsham and Dorking, A double room available with own shower bathroom for house share. Fully furnished- kitchen/dining room, sitting room, large garden, parking. Also happy to look at Monday to Friday rental at a reduced rate or reduced rent for the right person. Happy to have your pets at the house but would ask for £50 extra per month but as said getting the right person is more important, so all is negotiable. This is my home and I am looking for a like minded person to share it with. I have a leonberger dog who stays at home when I am at work and a cat who comes and goes as he pleases!
