Double room for rent

We're Robyn and Trent a South African and Australian couple living in Woking.

We are looking for a tidy individual (sorry no couples) to rent out our furnished (king bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers) double spare room for a period of around 6 months. The start date is flexible from July.

We're about to start some renovations on the house, which is why there aren't many pictures of the rest of the house. We are happy to do viewings during the works

About the area; the house is on a quiet residential street, with a park around the corner and a bus stop that goes into Woking Town. We do have off road parking if needed, although street parking is permitted.
