Double room for rent

We're Robyn and Trent a South African and Australian couple living in Woking.

We are looking for a respectful and tidy individual (sorry no couples) to rent out our furnished double spare room for a period of around 6 months. Its furnished with a king bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV.
The start date is flexible from mid-January, we have family staying with us until the 8th, so can't have anyone move in before then.

All bills are included (fast Internet, council tax, water, electricity/gas, and cleaners every 2 weeks).

About the area; the house is on a quiet residential street, with a park around the corner and a bus stop that goes into Woking Town. We do have off road parking if needed, although street parking is permitted.
