We have a newly refurbished, friendly house with a bright double room available for one person only. You’ll be sharing with working professionals who are clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

What’s included:
• All bills covered, including WiFi
• Semi-furnished room
• Shared areas: lounge, kitchen with dining space, two toilets and one shower
• Free parking on site

Good to know:
• Minimum stay is 6 months (1 month’s notice)
• References needed
• Wear and tear or furniture damage will be discussed separately

If you want a comfortable, chilled place with considerate housemates, this could be a great fit.
Two females or one male and one female for each room would be preferred.
