One single room available in a three storey privat

I am looking for a polite, tidy and professional person to rent a single room in a house. Currently I have one lodger who works for a company as an IT consultant. I am a primary school teacher and my son is a student; we live on the first floor and it is the top floor that I rent out. This area has a shared living room and two separate bedrooms. It is spacious and modern with a table, chairs and a sofa.
