You will be sharing with three single professionals (male 28, female 35, male 29) that work locally.
We would like Monday to Friday tenants only.
The room goes for 400 all bills included and its furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
In the lounge we have a 42 inch LCD with virgin Tivo tv & G5 wireless broadband.
You will be sharing the big family bathroom with 1 other person only.
The house is located in a private neighborhood in Old Woking Gu229JB.
