Smart double room with own bathroom available in two bedroom flat. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, bed side table and canvas wardrobe.

I moved into this lovely 1st floor flat, located in a new development, in 2015. It is owned by friends of friends so I'm looking for someone who is responsible, clean and tidy (there is no cleaner).

The development is located in Old Woking, right by the River Wey. It's an approx 35 min walk to Woking station (or 10 mins by bike) so having a car or bike would be recommended (there is secure bike storage & two allocated off-street parking spaces). There are communal gardens with lots of green space, benches, ducks, swans and a tennis court. It is a real gem, the photo's don't do it any justice - possibly my phone showing its age!

The flat contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan lounge & dining area, with a kitchen off the lounge. The flat is kitted out with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, GCH (which I never use in winter - the flat is incredibly warm!), landline phone, broadband.

The room is available for £550 per month (Mon-Fri) or £750 per month (Mon-Sun) and includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license, wifi) as well as cleaning materials.
