Stunning new house: double room available

One double bedroom available - it is an excellent sized double room with great wardrobe/storage space. There is a family bathroom, which you would have sole use of as well as a downstairs "cloaks". Lounge, kitchen and dining area are all communal.

I'm a fairly relaxed and sociable person and would like to have a few nights out and nights in with housemates. Now that I'm getting older the nights out are getting less!! :)

This is a new house which is truly lovely and so I am looking for people who will treat the house with respect - and for people who are looking for more of a home than just a place to camp for a few nights :)

I should make you aware that I have a piano which is played and I will be teaching - but it is digital. This is approx 1 evening per week but no later than 9pm. Hopefully this won't be a problem - one of the spare rooms is a "snug"/office so that when I am teaching, you will have somewhere else to chill.

No pets, no smokers (I am really against smoking) and no couples sorry! There is LOADS of visitor parking and a lovely garden which gets lots of sun (come back Summer!) - BBQs! :)

I'm flexible on moving date and would be happy to have full time or mon-fri rent. The room is fully furnished. Feel free to contact me for further information and you are more than welcome to take a look! :)
