Double room available from 1st November.

We have a fully furnished double room in a semi detached house to rent in a lovely quiet area. The rent includes bills and there is broadband. We have quite a big garden and there is a parking space available. Minimum stay is 6 months, and we require a deposit of £480. We already have a dog living here so no more pets please. The house is near a supermarket, a hospital and the University, there's also a sports park nearby, a bus stop, and the town centre is about 25 min walk. No couples please.
