Single room to rent

Lovely single furnished room to rent from the beginning of September. It's in a semi detached house in a quiet area which is close to a big Tesco, the hospital and the University. There's a small parking space at the side of the house. The town centre is approx. 20-25 mins walk, but there are bus stops nearby. The room is small (about 7ft by 6ft with a high ceiling) but south facing so there is plenty of light coming in. One current tenant has a pet cat, who has lived with a dog before. Other pets are allowed but there's a gap under one of the fences so not ideal if you have a small dog. The rent includes all bills and I require £360 deposit plus a month's rent in advance.
