Double bedroom with ensuite in newbuild home. You will live with landlord and 1 dog (cockapoo) and a cat. The tenant needs to have a job out of the house each day as the landlord works from home and it is not ideal to have both in the home all day. The house is in a village setting and so is very quiet. There is a local bus stop and this goes directly to st. Peter’s hospital or to Woking so great for Mclyans hospital employees. The room is a large double with a private ensuite. It’s a normal house and the landlord welcomes a relaxed, easy to live with tenant to enjoy the space with them. Single occupancy only. This is not for couples. Partners can stay on occasion and with tenant only and not without. Your own TV can be set up in your room. Ottershaw village has great bus links to Woking station and town centre where there are fast trains into waterloo as well as bus links into Chertsey town centre and surrounding towns. The M25 junction is also a short drive away. This is a quiet house in a very quiet village. Previous tenants have enjoyed the close commute to London to visit friends. There is a £10 bi-weekly surcharge for compulsory room cleaning. This is not suitable for night shift workers. Good transport links with a bus stop 30 meters from the house that takes you direct to Woking train station or as far as Kingston in the other direction.
