Room to let in Oxshott

Light and airy double room at the top of the house with plenty of storage and brand. Use of a super kitchen and south facing garden where we will sometimes get together for a glass of wine on the terrace! However we do respect each other’s privacy. There is a shared bathroom which has been recently refitted.

The room is conveniently situated a 10 minute walk from Oxshott station with good links to London Waterloo and Guildford. There is also a useful little shop over the road and woodland within easy walking distance.

I am a retired teacher whose children have flown the nest. However they do return for family gatherings and Sunday lunches. Ideally I am looking for someone who has their own busy independent life not relying on a buddy type house share.

I keep a clean and tidy house and am looking for someone with similar standards. There is off road parking available except when my daughter occasionally comes to stay and needs space for her enormous van!
