Flat Mate Wanted

I’m looking for a flatmate to move in at the start of January but can be a little flexible about the date as the room will be free by 14th December.

£725 a month including bills. References required and confirmation of means to pay. Initial period of 1 month to check that it’s working out and a mutual discussion.

The flat is in an ideal position, located right in the centre of Oxted by Master Park. It’s two mins walk from the station / shops and there is parking.

The room is large enough for a double bed but has a single in there at the moment. It has large built in wardrobes.

There is one kitchen, lounge/diner and bathroom, all to be shared. I have super fast broadband and can hook the room up with Sky/Netflix etc if wanted (my previous flatmate wasn’t interested in this).

The important dynamic is that my four year old son stays with me 50% of the time. Two nights in the week and every other weekend. You would need to be comfortable with kids because he likes to chat. He stays in my room and is very well behaved.

If my son isn’t there I often stay away, especially at weekends, so you would have the run of the place. I do often work from home during the week so this probably wouldn’t suit another home worker but this can be discussed.
