Please be aware that there is no off-road parking and the road adjacent to the house is unsuitable for parking. However, there is a road nearby which would be suitable for parking.

10 - 15 minute walk to Oxted town centre with shops, mainline railway station on the London/Uckfield/East Grinstead lines, library, leisure centre with gym and swimming pool, theatre, pub and park with cricket, tennis and football.

In the other direction, it's 10-15 minute walk to Limpsfield with pub, shops, park, gym and tennis club.

25 minute drive to Gatwick Airport and 10 minute drive to M25 Junction 6.

The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk, chair, plenty of storage including wardrobes and shelving as well as good WiFi.

Shared amenities include kitchen/diner, sitting room, two bathrooms, both with showers and baths, separate WC, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and south-facing patio and garden .

Bills such as council tax, electricity, gas, water and broadband/wi-fi are included.

There are 3 other adults in the house, including myself, and also a dog.
