Large double in beautiful house

Short term let for a large, furnished double, in large house with one housemate. Close to Guildford and Woking with train links as well as Brookwood and Worpleston station. Bus stop at the end of the drive way.

My name is Katy and I have a room to rent out for a month from the start of November to December when I have a permanent housemate moving in.

The house is beautiful with a large garden. It is set in beautiful countryside with lots of walks straight out of the door and lots of places to visit further a field.

I'm looking for someone who is easy going, respectful and won't be too loud on weekday evenings. I am clean and tidy but not too uptight about it either (sometimes washing up can just wait until the morning!).

There is also a large driveway with off road parking.
