Kingsize Double room - close to Purley station

I’m looking for someone to share my flat with me, here’s some details I’m sure you’ll want to know.

I’ve been living with Fiona (existing housemate) for the past year, who’s now move after securing a new job. Now I’m looking for someone as chilled and easy to get along with.

Available from the first week of Sept 2022 ideally, but may be able to be flexible if needed, Fiona may find a place sooner.

As a live in landlord, I’m pretty easy going...professional that works in the city (but currently working from home 4 days of the week - Wed I’m in the office). My crazy party days are behind me, but I do like to socialise and have a few drinks now and again...and a good old cook up.

As for the flat:
Recently entirely redecorated (kitchen just re-done back in June) spacious modern flat, 5-7min walk from Purley Station with great links to London Bridge (22mins), London Victoria (23mins) and Clapham Junction (16mins), Sky TV, 200mb broadband, underfloor heating, dishwasher, brand new washer/dryer, gas heating, solar hot water (never runs out)

During lockdown, Winston the little Frenchie 🐶 became part of the family - he’s a little legend and super friendly, he loves nothing more than a little play and having all the affection - so if you like little cute dogs, you’ll love him.

Local:
It’s a 1min walk from the big Tesco extra and a few minutes to the local shops and bars. As mentioned, the station is very close and there’s a bus stops either way, towards Croydon or Coulsdon within that minute walk too.

Parking:
This room also comes with it’s own private gated parking space that will be yours to use full-time.

Bedroom:
Double room, new bed, plenty of storage, Velux window (keeps the room quite from the outside). Ability to put a flat screen TV on the wall if needed - you’ll see that from the pictures of the room being lived in :) .

Bathroom:
Your own good sized bathroom with bath and power shower (I have en-suite so no clash of times in the mornings etc.)
