Lovely double room in 3 bed house, Purley

I have a lovely furnished double room to rent in a 3 bed spacious semi-detached house which is currently occupied by one lady (cabin crew), and a friendly cat. I am currently living with family but will return as a live in landlord once the lockdown eases during the week only for work purposes (I work as a lawyer).

The house is located in a quiet street with ample off street parking, 15 minute walk to Purley Station (great connections to Croydon, London Bridge, Victoria, Gatwick Airport and Brighton), and close to the 24 hour Tesco Extra, and Purley High Street. It's situated on the high side of Purley therefore you will have stunning views of the area, and the tiered garden backs onto protected woodlands which is great for walks or runs.

You will have access to an open plan dining room/living area, conservatory, kitchen, downstairs toilet and bathroom (with separate toilet), garage and garden.

All utility bills included together with contents insurance, and broadband. Use of washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and dryer.

Parking is off-street, and free :)

The household is friendly and relaxed. It's not a party house but more a dinner night/chilled house! It's fairly sociable but privacy is also respected.

We are looking for another person who is similarly chilled, easy-going, tidy, likes cats (able to feed the cat every so often), and enjoys a glass of wine (or two). If that's you then please get in touch with information about yourself (interests, hobbies & job), and when you intend to move in!
