- A 455 single decker bus route runs from the house to Croydon and Purley train station.
- Gatwick airport is 15 miles from the house. It takes 20 minutes to drive there in off-peak traffic.
- Tennis Courts are a 1 minute walk.
- Purley High Street is 1 mile from the property.
