Double room in friendly flat in Purley

We are looking for a third person (female only) to join us to move into our lovely flat in Purley! Our current flat mate has lived in the flat for 4 years but has now bought her own home.

The room has 1 double bed and 1 walk in wardrobe

We are 2 friendly professionals aged 31 and 35 (not a couple). We do not tend to lock ourselves in our rooms, we enjoy watching the odd film together and having a chat, at the same time we both enjoy our own personal space and have active social lives.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy. Someone who is looking for a home rather than just a room to hide in. The flat is not a party flat and we do not tend to have people in and out of the flat, of course we are able to have friends/partners over but no more than twice a week so that tenants can enjoy their home without anyone invading their space.

There is on street parking and no parking permit required, the flat is about a 10/15 minute from Purley centre/train station (depends how slow/fast you walk 😊).
