The property is within walking distance (10 minutes) to Purley station and a bus stop directly outside the property, with both the 405 and 455 routes.

The property is very spacious, with a large open plan living and dining area. The garden is very extensive with mature trees & shrubs. It contains a patio area, decking area and a fire pit.

Off street parking is also available on the driveway in front of the garage.

The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and spectacular views.

We are looking for a professional house mate who will enjoy our place as much as we do. We are often away travelling or spending time in the countryside and therefore looking for a responsible housemate to look after the place in our absence and to enjoy the place on their own too! :)

Our home is dog friendly and your pet is welcome as long as they get along with ours!

All bill are included with the exception of the cleaner's fee.
