This house is in Purley, Croydon. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a lovely lady in her 70's. She was previously taught English as a foreign language and enjoys theatre, art and classical music. She also loves cats!
She is a smoker and she lives with mild Dementia.

She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home. She would like someone who can prepare and share an evening meal 4 or 5 times per week, can help with a few household chores and join her for a few short walks.

The ideal sharer will be someone who enjoys cooking, chatting and has a good sense of humour. The sharer should be working or studying full time with some time available during their evenings to offer some household support. She loves cats and would love a sharer who has a cat!
THE SHARER MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED.

The property is a lovely house a short walk from Reedham station.
The sharer has a large double room with lots of storage space, including a desk with chair. There is also access to a shared bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including the kitchen lounge and a well kept garden.

We have various policies in place to allow shares to take place during the Covid Pandemic and safety of both parties is our first priority.
