Landlord lives in the house alongside 1 tenant in another bedroom . The bathroom, living room and kitchen will be shared. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower & bathtub & double sink and separate toilet. There is also a toilet and shower on the ground floor. All bills are included, including council tax and broadband. You will have free use of kitchen items and access to a large garden.

Our house is located on a quiet residential street in Purley. Excellent transport links to Central London via Purley train station (20 mins walk) which has quick links to Clapham Junction, London Bridge and more. Free street parking on our road and driveway able to fit 2 cars.
