Two double sized rooms are available in a 4 bed 2 bathroom fully furnished recently refurbished house in Purley. Bathroom would be shared between those two rooms. Looking for one person per room.

Rent per room is 850 per month and includes bills, (council tax, water, broadband, electric).

There is on street parking.

About me: I am East African, in my 30's and work in the finance department of a fintech and work from home. Away from work, i am a netflix and couch person during the week and occasionally go out with friends over the weekend. I am simply looking for a person who cleans up after themselves (i'm mildly OCD) and can pay their rent on time.

Reedham station is an 8 min walk from the house and Purley station a 15 min walk away. From Reedham, you can get to London bridge in 35 mins and in less time from Purley station.
