We are looking for 1 clean, tidy non-smoking professional to join one other sharer in our loft conversion within a large, period building opposite Purley Tesco. Sharing top floor kitchen and bathroom with just one other. The available room is spacious (18m sq or 193 sq. ft) and light-filled with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house itself is a converted language school and is located directly opposite Purley Tesco and just a few minutes walk from bus stops. Purley Station is approximately 10 minutes on foot.
