Spacious double room in Purley

Hey!
I’m Roshni and I’m looking for a new flatmate.
My ex and I got this place together, she moved out, but unfortunately, I had a new love. This flat. It’s so homey and lovely. I love it so much.
The room advertised has a balcony, and the furniture is a little sparse as I furnished myself but there’s a clothes rail on the way and I’m very happy to help find a chest of drawers if needed. The flat’s council tax band C
It’s about 15 minutes to Victoria on the train (and the station is a 5 minute walk away), there’s a big Tesco also 5 minutes away, and you’re never far from the big Croydon IKEA!

I have an MA in English & Creative Writing, so some of the bookshelves in the living room are pretty full - but you’re welcome to borrow whatever you’d like! I’m a recruitment consultant in Wimbledon, and only work from home once a week so if you’re looking for quiet, you got it. If you’re looking for loud, I also play ukulele, violin, and sing, but I’m pretty used to doing that when flatmates are out (because I am not very good), but always happy to have a jam sesh if you are!

I’m looking for a girlie in their 20s who’s a young professional or student who I can get on with, and who will hopefully have dinner with me when I make too much pasta. The room is available immediately, and I can’t wait to meet you!
