We’re a professional couple from the north who now live in Purley. We both work full time jobs and treat our home as our sanctuary to switch off.
We’re looking for someone who will treat our home with respect and will make their space a safe haven in this fast paced city.

- We are a 2 minute walk from the mainline train station (15 mins to Gatwick, 25 mins to London Bridge / Victoria, 30 mins to Kings Cross, 60 mins to Brighton)
- We live on the high street which has multiple coffee spots, a new reformer Pilates studio and multiple gyms/fitness destinations a short walk away
- Big Tesco, small Sainsbury’s and multiple eateries on the doorstep
The Space:
- Two bedroom flat, your bedroom is a comfortable double with plenty of natural light
- We are offering the room as fully furnished
- You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, large balcony and home gym (basement)
- We’ll provided you with your own cupboard space to stock up
