Double bed 5 mins walk to Purley station

It's a quiet space, and the room has a beautiful view and lots of sunshine.

We would like a person who can keep the room clean and is considerate and respectful of shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, and patio). Suitable for any professional or student. All bills included. Single occupant only (No couple/children/pet). No work from home. No guests are allowed to stay overnight. No parties.

Please note that there are 100+ stairs if you're walking from Purley station and taking a shorter route (5mins). Otherwise, you can take a slightly uphill walk for 15-20 mins and avoid the stairs. The house is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
