I am looking for a new flatmate to take the 2nd bedroom as my current flatmate is sadly moving to their next chapter.
The important stuff:

Rent £1450/m (£725 each)
Council tax £193/m Band B
Energy bill roughly £80-130 (summer/winter)

All applicants will need to have an annual earning of £26100 to pass credit checks from estate agent
The flat:
2 large double rooms, a single sized spare room, perfect for a spare room or home office or just extra storage, a modern bathroom, kitchen with washer/dryer, plenty of shared cupboard space, 2 freezers and undercounter fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and I plan to replace the airfryer also. There is also a very large attic for additional storage. Lovely carpet throughout bedrooms and hallway so no cold feet in the winter!!
Current household:
I am a 29 year old woman, working full time and have lived here since April '24. I have 3 cats who are very well housetrained. I enjoy cooking, music, TV, occasional gaming and playing pool at the pub across the road. I have a bit of an alternative style too, but I'm also a bit of a nerd. I tend to keep to myself mostly but would be more than willing to hang out with my next flatmate. Queer/neurodivergent friendly household, I am accepting of all types of people, just be a nice person. I like things tidy and clean but also understand that mess happens so don't think you'll need to be a clean freak.
The location:
5 minute walk from Purley station, bus stops to Croydon, Coulsdon, Sutton within only a few minutes as well. Sainsburys local located underneath the flat, Large Tesco only 10 minute walk away and Aldi/Lidl/M&S/large Sainsburys only a 15/20 minute bus ride away. Several friendly pubs nearby as well as some amazing restaurants. This flat is honestly in such a perfect central location to everything you may need. GP surgery just over the road and plenty of nice green areas for those that enjoy walking/running. I've experienced no issues in my time here and the surrounding neighbours are very friendly.
Who I'm looking for:
Preferably another woman as I've had unfortunate experiences sharing with men however if we vibe then I'm not against sharing with men or people in between. Ages from 25-40 give or take maybe a couple years either side. You will need to be ok with cats as they roam freely around the flat (but will stay out of your room/spare room as that's what they are already accustomed to). Smokers are ok but there is no smoking inside. Ideally just be friendly, easy-going, have renters experience and keep things tidy.
