Double Room to Rent in Purley

We have a nice double room to rent in Purley.
It is best suited for professionals who want a calm environment to live in and wind down after a busy day. The room comes furnished with all the necessary amenities. You will be sharing the living space with a couple. We are both working professionals and work full time.
The place has amazing transport links and is 3-5 minutes away for Purley station. If you work in central London, Victoria station is just 22 minutes away.
The place is walking distance from all the local shops and only 5 minutes away from the big Tesco in Purley.
We keep the place neat and clean. We would ask you to do the same. We are considerate of others and value personal space.
In our free time we like to study, travel, run errands, watch movies and recently have been getting into board games. You are of course invited to play if you want :).
We are looking for a nice and considerate person to live with. Students can also inquire. We would recommend a viewing to really appreciate the place.
