Warm and welcoming flat in Purley

I am the current tenant sharing with my awesome clean and peaceful housemate. Sharing a two bedroom flat in the heart of Purley. I am moving from Purley for 11 months for work. The room will be available from the 30th of August until 9th of July. Ideal for students or someone who wants to explore England for a gap year. I have been authorised by my landlord to rent out my room. It is a large and spacious double room, fully furnished. You will be sharing the bathroom, kitchenette and living room. Bills are not included and I can give you every details of them during your visit (council tax band C).
The flat is situated 10-15 minutes walk from Purley station which can take you in central London in 20/25 minutes. The bus station is opposite the block of flat, which can take you in central croydon for shopping in 15/20 minutes. We have our beloved tesco extra Purley (15 minutes walk) if you prefer to shop near home. There is a post office on the high street, many charity shops, two butcheries and may corner stores. There is a gym 5 minutes walk from home opposite the gas station. My lovely home church is also 5 minutes walk from the property if you are a church goer. The flat is well suitated and the neighbours are truly lovely. It is a very peaceful area and my landlord is always ready to help. You will be well looked after.
