Large furnished double room

Sharing with one person (me)Located in a quiet area of Purley, with lovely views over the valley. 10 minutes walk from the town centre and transport links to London and Gatwick. Room is fully furnished, with use of the lounge diner and large kitchen. Am looking for someone aged 35+. Pref a professional who is very clean and tidy. Some one that is fun to have around and enjoy a glass of wine with at home or in the local pubs. A person who will respect each other's space when needed. I don't mind if you smoke, but this will have to be outside as it is a no smoking apartment.
