Lovely Room With Balcony, 25Mins Into London

The location of this flat is IDEAL, and is a 5 min walk to the train station or bus stop with trains and buses running ALL night. For the London commute it takes 20-30 min into London Bridge or Victoria and is usually every 15 mins or so. If you want Gatwick or Brighton it runs there too.. basically it really is a main line station!

There is good storage in the way of shelves (currently used for shoes, lol!), drawers and a wardrobe. If you need it furnished or unfurnished is your choice.

There is a sweet little balcony that only you would have access to, so ideal for green fingers, sun seekers or smokers.

Conveniently located in the centre of town, we are on the top floor and it is actually
pretty quiet here. The front room is a very large lounge with a large Sky
TV. There is an open fire place, and a full size dining room table and chairs ready for use.

The bathroom, equipped with a bath and shower is seperate from the toilet with basin.

The kitchen is of a reasonable size, and with all the mod cons, including a washer and a dryer.

If you need nature, pop down the road to one of the local park.

Tesco’s is open 24hours, and is a stone’s throw away, as is pretty much every restaurant type you can think of.

It’s safe here, and I've never had any trouble in all the time I've lived here.

There is off road permit parking available on application, as well as the usual on road parking.

The term is a 3 month rolling contract. The landlady is lovely. The bills include: Council tax, water, electric, gas, TV (basic sky) and high-speed broadband.

I am a designer working as a freelancer. The young couple who now live in the big bedroom are a Designer and a Travel agent and they're lovely, we're all pretty open and honest and friendly. If you wanna know more about us you'll have to come and view the place ;) We are a mix of kinda interesting and super ordinary!
