We have two spacious room in a large, pleasant and quiet house in Purley. Total of 3 people in the house when fully occupied.
The room is over 4x4m and overlooks the lush back garden. You will share the bathroom with just one other flatmate and sharing the kitchen and living areas. It is fully furnished and you are welcome to bring your own furniture too. Fast fibre-optic broadband connection.
The house is well kept and located in a convenient, leafy location, close to train stations, local amenities and sports clubs with plenty of off street parking. The common areas and bathrooms are professionally cleaned on a regular basis (all included in your rent).
The nearest train stations are Riddlesdown (10 min walk), Purley and Purley Oaks (15 min) with plenty of trains to London Bridge and Victoria (24hr).
I am a finance professional working in the City and my girlfriend is back in the house most weekends from her PhD study. We are looking for a friendly and considerate person who want to make this house a home.
