Large sunny en suite, garden outlook

I am a retired teacher of English. At the moment I have a young musician from Portugal staying it the house. My house is a large Edwardian semi, with 5/6 bedrooms, large well kept south facing garden and conservatory. The room I have available to rent is large with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, shelves and drawers. There is wifi access in the house. It is an easy walk to the centre of Purley with fast trains direct to London Bridge, Victoria and Bedford. We are on a direct line to Gatwick(15 mins), with easy access by road (20 mins).

My potential tenant will be a professional, non smoker, who is entirely trustworthy and honourable, happy with his/her own company. I would prefer a Monday to Friday arrangement, but occasional weekends could be possible
