En-suite Double available in newly renovated house

The room is a double room (500pcm all inclusive)with en-suite available in a newly renovated house which is, mod-con, with open plan living, car parking and back garden. The house is in Purley in zone 6, 20mins to London Bridge and London Vicotria with a 5 minute bus journey to Purley station. The other side is 15 minutes to Gatwick and 30mins to Brighton. Local amenities include a gym with hot yoga which I regularly attend, 24hour super-tesco and 5 minutes either side of the house is Cousldon Town and Purley with the usual bars, cafes etc.

The house is owned by my sister who is living in New Zealand till September so the room will have to be vacated when she returns.

The flatmates are Myself Andy 24 and Niamh 21 both working in the nursing profession. We are both fitness enthusiasts and enjoy a night out or just sitting in relaxing watching a film with a glass of wine. We are respectful of personal space as we work shift patterns and we would consider ourselves clean individuals and would look for a flat mate who enjoys living in a clean environment.
