I am looking for one professional person to share a clean and comfortable 3 bedroom cottage with a private garden and parking on the roads.

I am a single female, looking to share with another FEMALE - NO MALES. The room has been refurbished & will be furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe & Chester draw. One bottle green leather recliner armchair. 43in TV on the wall. Sky, Netflix

There is a separate dining room and a separate kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, electric fan oven and other cooking utensils, etc. Please do not bring any kitchen equipment etc as everything you need is catered for.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy, so I am looking for someone who is like-minded and will be prepared to share duties to keep the house clean and tidy as if it were your place. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA FURNITURE

A gardener comes twice a week (at no extra cost to the tenant) to look after the garden.

I forgot to mention that I live with a cat, & a toy poodle. So my new housemate MUST LOVE CATS & DOGS

Kenley station is a 5-10 min walk. And Purley station is a 15-30 mins walk, with links to London Bridge and Victoria in 20 mins. Bus stop 407 with regular buses into Croydon is a 5 mins walk from the property.

The M25 is also close by if you drive to Gatwick & Brighton

I am sociable, easy-going and pretty laid back, but I do value my own space.
