Shower Room - has a 1m by 1 m power shower, basin, toilet, mirrored cabinet, and wall heater.
Bills - Internet access is included. No charges for council tax , water rates, sewage rates, window cleaning, gardening - all included. There is a separate meter for electricity which you will be charged for.
Transport - One car space in our private drive suitable for a small saloon. Other parking in the road is easily available for visitors. West Byfleet station is close by ( 1 mile ) and Woking Station is 3 miles. Both very convenient for getting to London Waterloo. ( only 22 minutes from Woking )
