Would suit a professional working at McLaren who is looking for somewhere to stay midweek. Very relaxed household and the other housemate works at McLaren.
Rent includes all mod cons, separate dryer, broadband and a cleaner. Loads of storage and off street parking. Big lounge diner and brand new bathroom with power shower (shared).
West Byfleet town is a 15 minute walk away where you can get direct trains to London (35 mins) or Woking (5 mins) and the South West. McLaren HQ is a short drive away. London Heathrow and Gatwick Airport are also conveniently close with access to both the A3/M25.
The house is a 5 minute walk to the Pyrford shops where there is a great bakery and the Co-Op. The area is also great for cycling and running along the Wey canal.
