The flat is a 2 bedroom, ground floor flat situated in an apartment building with 8 other flats. We have rear access to the property too. The building has secure entry with two allocated parking spaces.

Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes which is a massive bonus. The room for rent is a lovely room and a good size. The lounge/ dining room is also very nice with lots of space. A big bonus.

The room has its own bathroom but it’s not en suite.

We are also a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre and also a 15 minute walk from Redhill station which is 35-40 minutes into Central London.

We are very lucky to have a good relationship with the landlord even though we are managed by a letting agency.

I like to keep the flat tidy and it’s a very chilled, quiet place which is always a bonus, so looking to keep it that way :)
