The furnished rental includes your own private bedroom and bathroom & toilet, communal kitchen/ hallway/ living room. All maintenance issues are dealt with.

Room is available for single occupancy (couples may be considered - can be discussed). Minimum 1 year contract with a break clause after 6 months.

Please note: the deposit required will be 5 weeks of rent upon agreement of the rent. This can be discussed.
