Me and my mother live in 4 bedroom house and are looking for someone to rent a room on the top floor.

This room is on the 2nd floor of a semi-detached house. The house is located in Park 25, a private estate with beautiful sites and a great community.

The room is very spacious and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The room has a brand new king size bed and a work desk. There's enough room for a sofa, TV and many other items if requested by the tenants.

The house is a 10-minute walk from Redhill train station where there are regular trains to Gatwick (15-minute journey) and Central London (30-minute journey).
