Cheap studio flat near Redhill station

Ground floor studio flat, 5 minutes walk from Redhill station.

Flat has its own kitchen and bathroom. The rent of £750 includes council tax, super cheap compared to standard studios. (All other more expensive studio flats in Redhill don't include council tax).

I am looking for 1 person ideally, no kids please. I've had many friendly foreign professional as tenants, so foreign professionals are welcome.

The flat has a double bed, a sofa, coffee table, a huge wall to wall built in wardrobe. The kitchen is furnished with washing machine, fridge, oven/hob.

Monthly rent of £750 includes council tax and TV licence. Utilities e. g. water, electric etc will be extra - as used by the tenant (e. g. ~50 per month). EPC rating C. Previous tenant had budget of around £800 per month.
No deposit.

I am looking for someone with a permanant job, who can provide employer and credit check references. If you are new to the UK, credit check not needed. The person must be friendly and easy going, who will not mind me checking the place once a month.
